The Ultimate Banana Bread Collection & Celebrating My 100th Post

The Ultimate Banana Bread Collection

Hello my dear reader! The post today is a very special and big milestone for me.

This is my 100th post!

I introduced my blog this past February on my 40th birthday ….. oops, I mean 29th.

I was very anxious, being brand spanking new to the blogging world and having very little knowledge of it, much less all of the technical aspects as well. It was very daunting and a little scary.

But now here I am, 100 posts in and I absolutely love it, as well as everything I have learned and all of the blogging friends and connections I have made. It’s so amazing to me, all of the knowledge I have gained, I have come so far!

Don’t get me wrong, I still have volumes I don’t know but to look back to 7 months ago and see everything I have learned since then is truly amazing.

And I would like to sincerely thank you, you wonderful people who read my blog and encourage me.

One of my favorite things is when someone tries a recipe that I post and lets me know (good or not) what they thought. That is one of the main reasons I started this blog, to share the recipes that I love, and I couldn’t share them with out you!

So, for my 100th post I wanted to try something I haven’t done before and that is a recipe “Round Up”, or collection.

For quite a while now I have been collecting recipes for banana breads. It all started with wanting to try a new banana bread recipe one day and doing a general “banana bread” search on Pinterest. I absolutely couldn’t believe the sheer amount of recipes out there and all the variations. So, as kind of as a joke I started a Board just for those recipes (you can find that board Here). But now I’m having fun trying out as many as I can!

I have had fun compiling this collection of some of the more simple as well as outrageous ones I have come across. But this is by no means an exhaustive list, there were just too many to choose from!

Enjoy! And thank you again for reading and sharing with me, I truly appreciate it.

-Karen
